Day 01
|
Rome
On arrival in Rome Airport, transfer to you hotel by car. Rest of the day free at leisure to explore the city on own.

Day 02
|
Rome - Eternal Rome Tour
After Breakfast, proceed on Half Day Sightseeing tour of most principal monuments of Rome (Duration 3 hrs). Highlights: Republic Square, Spanish Steps (Visit). Rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 03
|
Rome - Venice
After Breakfast, proceed to Rome Railway Station (on your own).Train ticket included in 2nd class with reservation. It takes approx 3 hours to reach Venice. On arrival transfer to the hotel (on your own). Evening will be free at leisure. Overnight stay at Venice. |

Day 04
|
Venice - Murano-Burano & Torcello tour
Morning free at leisure. In the afternoon proceed on a half-day tour of the three islands Murano, Burano and Torcello (Duration 4 hrs):Enjoy a scenic boat tour on the great waterways of Venice. Pass the stand of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant'Elena and the Lido famous beach resort.The boat arrives at Murano, famous for its glass manufacturing industry. Here there is a stop of 40 minutes to visit one of the factories. The second stop is at the picturesque islands of Burano, famous for its fishermen houses painted in bright colors.The stop will last about 30 minutes. Next stop is Torcello, the center of civilization in the estuary.Only the cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remains as testimony of its former glory.The stop is about 30 minutes.

| Day 05 |
Venice - Zurich - Interlaken
After Breakfast, proceed to Venice Railway Station (on your own).Train ticket included in 2nd class.Enjoy the Scenic ride from Venice to Interlaken (the approximate journey time is around 7.30hrs).

Day 06
|
Interlaken - Excursion to Jungfraujoch
After breakfast, you board the train to Kleine Scheidegg via Lauterbrunnen (approx. 1.5 hrs). The famous Jungfrau railway takes you to the highest station in Europe (approx. 1 hrs). A day of fun and excitement is awaiting you in the captivating snow peaks of Jungfraujoch– Top of Europe (3’454 m/11’333 ft). Visit the Ice Cave with its ice formations or else explore the snow on the glacier. You find a range of international restaurants on the Jungfraujoch. Return to Interlaken (approx. 2.5 hrs) by train with an optional stopover in Grindelwald.

| Day 07 |
Interlaken – Lucerne
After breakfast, continue your trip to Lucerne(approx. 1 hrs) with a shopping and sightseeing stopover in Luzerne (Lucerne city tour on your own).

Day 08
|
Lucerne – Mount Titlis
Excursion to the glacier paradise of Mount Titlis at 3’020 m (10’000 ft.) From Lucerne you board the boat to Alpnachstad and then the steepest cogwheel train in the world takes you up to Mount Pilatus. One the way back you take the cable car/gondola down to Kriens and further by bus back to Lucerne (operating app. mid May - app. mid October). Or excursion to Mount Rigi - Queen of the mountains. Enjoy a boat cruise form Lucerne to Vitznau and then board the cogwheel up to Rigi Kulm at 1800 m/ 6000 ft. Mount Rigi is a traffic-free recreation resort and couers same 90 km2 of scenic handscape. Specially marked viewing points provide superb panoramic views. Or excursion to Mount Titlis - at 3020 m/10'000 ft. From Lucerne the train takes you to the mountain monestry village Engelberg where you board a gondola which takes you up to the Trübsee. You continue your trip by another gondola to Stand and finally the first revolving Titlis Rotair cablecar takes you up to Mount Titlis. For a spectacular, close-up insight into a glacier, visit the glacier cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift.

Lucerne- Zürich/Geneva – Depart for the onward journey
After breakfast, travel down to Zurich/Geneva to catch your onward flight or else continue your stay in Switzerland. |
